Spiral Mindfulness Board

Description: A beautifully crafted spiral board, designed to help children practice the art of mindfulness and gratitude. As your child tracesaround the spiral they can take some time to focus on their breathing and find a sense of calm. They can do this with their finger or by pushing a small wooden ball around the board. Children's mental well being is so important and it's something schools and parents are focusing on a lot more.
